How access, payments, refunds and your information work.
Your course access
Your account holds your workshop enrolment, lesson progress, submissions and certificates. Access starts once payment is confirmed. Any time limit is shown on the workshop page.
Payments and support
Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a payment was taken but the workshop is missing, check your payment history and contact Auraa with your receipt reference. Never share your password or card details.
Refunds and cancellations
Contact the Auraa team before enrolling if you need clarity about refunds, cancellation, rescheduling or whether a workshop suits you. Course-specific terms must be confirmed with Auraa.
Your information
We use your account information to give you course access, record your progress, review assignments and send account and enrolment emails through Brevo. Payment details are handled by Razorpay. Messages in workshop discussions are visible to enrolled learners and Auraa administrators. A certificate link shows your name, the course and the completion date to anyone who has it.
Learning resources
Workshop material is for your personal learning. Keep your account and course links private. Contact Auraa for accessibility support or help with a lesson.
